Investing in Highlands Ranch Real Estate

If you’re a residential real estate investor, join my investor clients who depend on me for advice and the statistical analysis that helps them determine whether a property is a good investment. My investor clients also ask advice about what to do to rehab a property inexpensively and flip it. Right now, however, the market is such that most of my investors are buying and holding. It all depends on your goal, but whatever it is, I can help.

Thinking Of Investing In Your First Residential Property?

Way back in 1993 after 14 years as a Continental Airlines flight attendant stationed in Denver, I purchased my first investment property — a HUD bought on foreclosure. The experience was so enjoyable that when Continental closed its Denver office later that year, I took early retirement, got my real estate license and began practicing real estate full time. I still have that investment property, by the way, along with others.

ForeclosureToday, with the large number of short sales and foreclosures on the market, quite a few “regular,” or non-investor, folks are giving thought to purchasing a residential property as an investment. If you’re among them, I encourage you to follow through, because now is one of the best times ever to invest in residential real estate.

And whether you want to do the rehab work yourself or hire it out, I can guide you in the right direction with my broad list of vendors known to me to be reliable and reasonably priced.

Also, the Denver area has several good investor clubs I can recommend, especially if you’re just starting out.

But remember: no market lasts forever. So follow through today on your investment thinking. Call or email me and tell me your goals. I do answer my phone if I’m not with a client. And I respond to voice mail and email promptly.
